The APEC Business Advisory Council (ABAC) Brunei convened the Asia-Pacific Financial Forum (APFF) at the Empire Hotel & Contry Club on November 26, 2014, in conjuction with the in conjunction with the 40th ASEAN Insurance Council (AIC) Meeting/the 17th ASEAN Insurance Regulators’ Meeting in Brunei.

The forum was moderated by Mr J.C. Parrenas, ABAC Coordinator and Senior Advisor of Nomura Securities.
Mack served as the speaker for the first session and summarized the activities of the APFF Insurance and Retirement Income Work Stream, as well as identified regulation and accounting issues on promoting long term investment and longevity solutions by the insurance companies and pension funds.
