The OECD and Asian Development Bank Institute (ADBI) jointly organized the 2018 Tokyo Roundtable on Insurance and Retirement Savings in Asia on 25-26 April 2018 at the ADBI in Tokyo, Japan, in co-operation with the Japanese government.
The Tokyo Roundtable invited government officials and experts from public authorities, and informed the participants about policy analysis being developed by the OECD and discuss key issues of the Asian market with input from the JFSA. Participants will share experiences and good practices for the sound development of insurance and private pensions markets.

During this roundtable, Mack shared the updates on the APFF work to promote insurers and pension funds’ support on sustainable, resilient and inclusive growth of the Asia Pacific region, and shared perspectives from life insurers as institutional investors in contributing to support sustainable infrastructure.
