Mack participated in the OECD/ADBI Roundtable on Capital Market and Financial Reform in Asia, March 2-3, 2017, in Tokyo

The OECD and Asian Development Bank Institute (ADBI) jointly organized the 17th Tokyo Roundtable on Capital Market and Financial Reform in Asia on 2-3 March 2017 at the ADBI in Tokyo, Japan, in co-operation with the Japanese Government.

During this roundtable, Mack commented on financial education efforts by Japanese life insurers, different nature of insurers and banks to be considered in financial regulations, and shared the workplan of the APFF Retirement and Long-Term Investments Working Group on supporting sustainable, resilient and inclusive development in APEC. Particularly focused on how insurers and pension funds may contribute as long-term institutional investors to help keeping the earth green, the oceans blue, and the air clean.
