The Global Financial Markets Intelligence (GFMI) Conference “The 3rd Edition Practical Implementation of Operational Changes for IFRS 17” took place in Singapore on October 24-25, 2018.
This conference guided delegates through the early practical challenges of implementing the IFRS 17 standards. See how insurance companies are conducting gap analysis and preparing for changes to systems and data, and learn how they will be managing the resources required.

Mack served as the Chair for the first day, delivering opening and closing remarks, moderating all the panels, making a presentation on the implications of IFRS17 for the Asia Pacific region. For the second day, Mack moderated a breakout session on IFRS 17 and the impact on risk.
